Fossil Shell Flour is totally organic and safe. It is taken from fresh water deposits and is the purest form available. FSF is mother nature's product with no harm to the environment, pets or to people. FSF is not actually an "EARTH" but it is the fossilized remains of microscopic shells created by one celled plants called DIATOMS. As you will see, there are many uses for Diatomaceous Earth, but to me the most exciting is Human Use.
When Fossil Shell Flour is taken into the body it is working 3 different ways:
1st: As you can see from the picture of FSF - (magnified 7000 times) - it looks like a cylinder full of holes--kind of like Rice Chex Cereal. This cylinder has a very strong negative charge. As these millions of cylinders move through the stomach and digestive tract, they attract and absorb bacteria, fungi, protozoa, viruses, endotoxins, pesticide and drug residues, E-Coli, and heavy metals. These are trapped inside the cylinder and passed out of the body. In addition any larger parasites that happen to be in the stomach of digestive tract are "cut up" and killed by the sharp edges of the FSF. All of these activities result in a much healthier body with less sickness. We often hear the phrase "I just feel better" with our users. This better feeling comes from all the "junk" being removed from the body and by giving our immune system the "jump start" it needs.
2nd: Fossil Shell Flour is very hard. On the harness scale where diamonds are a 9, FSF is a 7. This is very important, because as those millions of tiny hard and sharp FSF cylinders pass through the small and large intestines, they "scrub" the walls. After only a few months of taking FSF, the intestine wall is no longer coated with mucus and molds but CLEAN!!

Dosage:
Daily silica needs of humans are 20-30 mg. In Years past, our bodies would get

I started taking g fossil shell flour 3 years ago for arthritis. My hands were so bad that i couldn’t hold on to a coffee cup and could not sleep because my hips would hurt so bad since taking the powder with in 2 weeks my pain was gone. Thanks so much! I bought your food-grade FSF / DE and it's awesome. I've been ravaged and attacked by bedbugs. I tried every toxic option and all it did was make the infestation worse! I was very pessimistic of the FSF / DE. I dusted the box spring today and within 5 minutes I saw those nasty critters crawling out in a panic as the grim reaper closely followed them all. I read that FSF / DE takes a day or 2 to kill bedbugs but I saw the critters dead within an hour or two. They just walked slow and dazed as the sharp glass diatoms sliced these monsters up to oblivion.

I just wanted to follow up on your advice. I had already had your FSF / DE here to use for other things when I figured out one of the guinea pigs probably had mites as she was losing fur. It's not that I don't spend enough already on all my animals, even the guinea pigs (who get the best hay and pellets from the pacific northwest and fresh greens twice a day), but I was dreading a bill from an exotics animal vet plus the shots. So when I realized your FSF / DE might work and I asked for your second opinion, I am thrilled to report that her fur is coming back in and she is looking (and feeling I'm sure) so much better.
